Throughout the world, it's always possible to find the footprints of groups of young men and women.These social assemblies were formed to protect the security of ourselves and other people from poverty, oppression, and the survival of the right beliefs among the people.Ayar in Iran, knights in the west, and Ninjas in Japan.They have been known in their lifetime and in a particular religion, followers and opponents,.This theoretical study is based on a library and analytical-descriptive study, and comparison of ritualism in Iran and the Ninja in Japan in a comparative method based on American recognized school.Findings of the research show that these rituals from the heart of the community created a common empathy among the public, and constituted a secret government to administer justice to their own discretion.These two schools have had many similarities in terms of ethics, beliefs and work in terms of their work, including:secrecy, adherence to honesty and truth with fellows, purity, readiness for life, helping the oppressed, trusteeship, believing in nobility, avoiding blood shedding of women and direct struggle with them, playing at night, changing faces and clothes, believing in ways of guiding things and using methods such as scrutiny and scrutiny....In addition to these similarities, there were differences in the comparison of these two religions, including:the greater role of women in the forms of ninjas in relation to the ritual, the refuge of asylum seekers in the ritual, differences in some weapons, differences in coverage and climate, differences in the use of weapons.
