Abstract
Analysis of commonalities and differences in Qaisar Aminpour and Shandro Petofi's poems
There are similarities and differences between the prominent literary works of different nations. Literary commonalities are either caused by direct influence or due to the similar experiences of two nations and the innate nature of some concepts among their poets. The differences between similar works are mostly due to the differences in the habitat, religions, mythology and the type of experience of the poets. There are undeniable similarities and differences between the poems of Qaisar Aminpour and Shandro Petofi, which cannot be considered as a result of the historical relationship between Persian and Hungarian literature. Therefore, in this research, with the approach of comparative criticism and based on the principles of the American comparative literature school, the content analysis of their poems was done and the result was obtained that both poets are committed to poetry and use it to express revolutionary concepts. Social ideals and a means to defend the homeland, freedom, independence, peace, and human honor have been placed. Both poets have put poetry at the service of social enlightenment with a simple yet deep and symbolic language and some of their messages are so clear and brilliant that they can be considered among the worlds of literature. However, the range, variety and beauty of Qaiser's poetry is far more than Petufy's.
