The Journal of Comparative Literature (JCL) is an open-access peer-reviewed semiannual journal in Persian (with extended English abstracts and bibliographies) devoted to the fields of Persian language and literature, which contains scientific research and review articles in the areas of comparative literature, world literature, Persian literature, Indo-Iranian languages, national literature, literary forms and genres, history of literature, literary analysis, literary awards, literary property, fiction, linguistics, language structure, literary style, comparative poetry, translation studies, literary criticism, literary works, creative writing, authors and writers, comparing literary issues of Persian with the language and literature of other nations based on the components of comparative literature, and a constant basis of these studies must be Persian language and literature. It is published by the Faculty of Literature and Humanities of Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman. The journal aims to publish research and review papers on the most recent issues and developments in the field. All papers are subject to a double-blind reviewing process.
